With being a wife, mother, full-time caregiver of two individuals and 2 fur babies, finishing up my Master's, and working on projects that align with my purpose and passion, I need every minute of the day to get things done.
But what I've learned in this season, is to give myself some GRACE. It's OK to take a few minutes to do absolutely NOTHING on my "TO DO LIST"!
If that means sitting still for a few minutes, watching something on TV that makes me laugh out loud (It's Ridiculousness for me!🤣 DON'T JUDGE ME😜), or taking 10 thousand selfies on the couch... JUST DO IT!
Life is too short not to sit back and enjoy the little things! Give yourself 10 minutes in everyday! YOU DESERVE IT!!!
